Lesbian Culture Club exists to help queer women, trans, and nonbinary people find connection, friendship, inspiration, and belonging.
We create events, outdoor adventures, conversations, workshops, cultural experiences, and opportunities for people to meet one another in real life.
We're still small. Which means the work is meaningful, collaborative, and often a little scrappy.

Our Approach
We're less interested in hierarchy and more interested in ownership. We value people who are thoughtful, resourceful, kind, and capable of turning ideas into action.
The best work happens when people care deeply, communicate clearly, and are willing to jump in wherever they're needed.
We're building something ambitious, but we also believe life should be lived. A good conversation. A walk with a friend. A swim on a hot afternoon. Dinner that stretches longer than planned. Those things matter, too.
