I joined Lesbian Culture Club in early 2025 because I really wanted to build my queer community and establish strong friendships. After attending just a few events, everything I manifested came true. I started making friends with other lesbians my age with similar life circumstances and interests, and I am amazed by the network of support I have around me now. As someone who came out late in life, I felt intimidated at first to put myself out there in search of friends--but I'm so glad I did. I feel incredibly fortunate every day to have met so many genuine, caring people who I can be my full self with!
