Evie is a passionate advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, using her 20 yrs of marketing expertise to uplift queer brands. Based in Portland, she champions inclusivity and authentic representation in her work.
Carrie Hinton
Carrie is an entrepreneur with a media and digital marketing background, focused on fostering inclusivity and community. As a former publisher amplifying voices in cities, she is passionate about creating spaces that empower individuals through impactful engagement.
Mayra Arreola, MPA
Mayra is the Port of Portland's Chief Shared Prosperity Officer, leading inclusive community engagement initiatives. Her background in public administration drives her commitment to advancing equity and social change.
Emily Evans
Emily is the Executive Director of the Women’s Foundation of Oregon, leading efforts to address gender justice across the state. With a background in nonprofit leadership, she is dedicated to mobilizing resources for lasting change.
Lisa Congdon
Lisa Congdon is an internationally renowned artist and activist, using her platform to advocate for progressive causes. Named one of AdWeek's "50 Most Inspiring People" in 2021, she lives in Oregon with her wife, Clay, and their dog, Milkshake.
Dawn Jones Redstone
Dawn Jones Redstone (she/her) is a queer, Mexican American writer/director based in Portland, Oregon, known for her thoughtful and imaginative storytelling.
Laura Curtis
Laura’s passion for politics drives her commitment to finding solutions that unite all sides. She’s dedicated to advancing LGBTQ rights, behavioral health, and criminal justice reform in her community.
Emily Stutzman
Emily Stutzman is the co-owner and CEO of Happylucky, a queer-owned, female-founded brand marketing agency in Portland, committed to radical inclusivity. She serves on the board of the Central Eastside Industrial Council, contributing positively to her community.
Nancy Davis
Nancy Davis partners with creative leaders to advance justice, focusing on strategic planning, facilitation, and turning vision into actionable plans. As a consultant, she enjoys collaborating on strategic initiatives, guiding leaders through thought partnerships, and facilitating impactful retreats.
Yamile Abraham
With over 17 years in wine and hospitality, Yamile is a specialist in organic and biodynamic wines. Now with Lonewolf Wines, she curates unique selections from France, Slovenia, and Hungary, showcasing the best in sustainable viticulture.
Steph Noble
Steph is a Scotsman Guide Top Originator in Oregon and a dedicated housing enthusiast with over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She brings expertise and passion to every client she serves.
Marli Williams
Marli Williams empowers the LGBTQ+ community through workshops that inspire individuals to discover their purpose and potential. She focuses on leadership development, helping others embrace their talents and thrive.
Elizabeth O'Neill
Elizabeth is a social scientist in the public sector. She currently develops strategies for measurable impact with the Multnomah County Library. She is a fierce sense and merry maker with a penchant for joy and leopard print.

Shanon is a somatic coach helping individuals connect with their bodies to embrace authentic self-expression and heal patterns that limit their experiences.
Dr. Jennifer Karon
Dr. Jennifer Karon is a licensed naturopathic physician and founder of Nurture Integrative Health Clinic, specializing in natural and conventional care for digestive health, chronic pain, hormonal balance, and more. Her clinic is inclusive, trauma-informed, and focused on individualized healing.
Melissa Moffitt
Melissa is a Gynecological Oncologist and a PTA board member at her daughter’s elementary school. She is passionate about her work, and is equally dedicated to growing as a person to better serve her community and family.
Katie Carter
Katie Carter is the CEO of Pride Foundation, the only LGBTQ+ foundation serving the Northwest region of Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, and Alaska. She is deeply committed to working within the nonprofit and philanthropic sector to center LGBTQ+, racial, and gender justice to create social change.
Mackenzie Griffith
Mackenzie is the adrenaline-fueled, unapologetic Sagiterrorist behind The Adventure Ready Academy. As the founder, she teaches individuals how to eat and train for a body that can keep up with their adventurous spirit. Passionate about lesbians, dogs, muscles, and epic adventures, she’s all about pushing limits.
Valerie Moreno
Valerie Moreno, CIO/CISO at Reed College in Portland, OR, blends technical expertise with a passion for advocacy and community engagement. Committed to supporting LGBTQ+ organizations and community-driven initiatives, she strives to give back and strengthen missions that create a positive impact.
Auburn Marie
Auburn Marie, Development Director at Basic Rights Oregon, is a seasoned nonprofit leader with a background in mass communication, journalism, and writing from the University of Nevada, Reno. Passionate about community impact, she brings expertise in leadership and development. Outside work, she enjoys reading, running, sewing clothes & propagating plants.
Brooke Willow
Brooke has 15+ years of experience in the arts, including a decade of teaching and five years managing operations and photography production at an architecture and design firm. As a conceptual artist working in graphite and film photography, they create immersive installations exploring material, memory, and the human form through structured visual narratives.
