Can you tell us a bit about your background and what brought you to Portland?
Absolutely! I grew up in Los Angeles, and for many years, it was my dream to be on the silver screen. I acted on television shows like Mad Men, performed stand-up comedy, and produced short-form content for BuzzFeed. When 2020 took a turn and we were forced to stay inside, I started to consider whether I was living a life that truly fulfilled me. My new wife was meditating and received a download that we should sell all of our stuff and go on a honeymoon. Within weeks, all of our belongings fit in the back of her Toyota Tacoma pickup truck, and we headed across the country. Our one-month sojourn turned into a five-month adventure where we fell in love with the Pacific Northwest. The trees spoke to me, and I felt my soul relax in a way I had never experienced before. We moved here and have been deliriously happy ever since.
Can you share the story of what led you to become a full-time entrepreneur, healer, and mentor? What were the key turning points in your journey?
I'm an embodied woman who has learned to trust her body and follow her bliss, but this wasn’t always my truth. Growing up, I had countless experiences that led me to believe it wasn’t safe to be present in my body. For years, I lived only from the neck up—disconnected, dissociated, deeply entrenched in people-pleasing, terrified to have needs or take up space. It was exhausting. Behind a smile that said everything was “fine,” I was anxious, depressed, and quietly suffering from disordered eating, hiding my pain in plain sight.
Then, just before my thirtieth birthday, a “big T” trauma shattered my world and left me at a crossroads. I realized I could no longer live this way. I made a commitment to explore a new way of being, and everything began to change. I started a love affair with Pleasure. I began to remember who I truly am, what I love, what’s a clear “yes,” and what’s an unwavering “no.” Pleasure became my guide, opening me up to divine partnership, abundance, alignment, liberation, and so much more. It brought more space, more joy, more juicy aliveness, and the kind of orgasms that reverberate through your soul! It feels absolutely amazing!
After living in this vibrant, embodied state for about eight years, I felt the call to teach. In my community, I became the one that women turned to for mentorship—to find their confidence, to access their pleasure, and to connect with the deepest truths of who they are. I had to face my own fears and doubts about stepping up as a visible leader in this space, but I’m so grateful I did. Following my calling has been one of the most rewarding journeys of my life, and I’m here to hold the door open for others to step into their own radiant power.

What are some of your proudest achievements or milestones?
My greatest achievement so far has been daring to follow the deepest desire of my heart: hosting luxury transformational retreats. I firmly believe that we can have everything our souls yearn for, yet I’m no stranger to the fear that can arise when faced with my own life’s baggage. Like everyone else, I have moments where I feel tempted to stay "small and safe," hiding from my own expansive potential.
When a friend once asked me why I choose to host retreats, I found myself saying, "It’s the most delicious way to share my love." Hearing those words come from my own lips, I knew I had to follow my pleasure and leap into the unknown. Choosing to share my medicine, my wisdom, and my love in the way that feels most aligned with my soul has brought forth the most profound transformations I’ve ever witnessed.
Watching the women who have journeyed through these sacred containers emerge with a renewed sense of joy, presence, and freedom, fully embracing all parts of themselves, is a miracle that continues to unfold. It is a true honor to hold such sacred space and to witness these powerful awakenings. The gift of this work is one that keeps giving, deepening my commitment to living and loving boldly.
What are some common challenges you see women facing when it comes to stepping into their power? How do you help them overcome these obstacles?
When it comes to stepping into their power, I often see women navigating a labyrinth of challenges that can feel like a dance between the desire to shine and the fear of being truly seen. One of the most common hurdles is the deeply ingrained belief that they are either "not enough" or, paradoxically, "too much." This was something I discovered was at the root of my misalignment. This belief, woven into the fabric of our lives by societal conditioning, tells women to prioritize others’ needs over their own, to make themselves smaller, and to hide their desires away in the corners of their hearts.
Another challenge is the fear of stepping into the spotlight of their own lives. There’s a raw vulnerability in being fully visible—in showing up as the fullest expression of who they are. Many women have learned to shrink themselves, to dim their light in a world that often feels more comfortable with their silence than their roar. This fear can keep them from expressing their truth, embracing their desires, and sharing their unique gifts with the world.
To help women overcome these obstacles, I create spaces that are both sacred sanctuaries and wild playgrounds for their souls—places where they can reconnect with their bodies and their inner wisdom. Through sensual embodiment practices, intuitive rituals, and the loving embrace of sisterhood, we begin the sacred work of shedding layers of conditioning and fear. Here, we don’t just talk about empowerment; we breathe it in, dance it out, and let it rise up from the depths of our beings.
It’s about reclaiming their desires, celebrating every expression of their being, and encouraging them to see their "too muchness" as a blazing fire rather than something to be ashamed of. We create a new narrative—one where women are free to take up space, to feel deeply, and to own their desires without shame. I guide them to listen to their bodies, trust their instincts, and embody their full selves.
I lead transformative experiences where women begin to embody their power—not as something that needs to be earned or proven, but as a birthright. They learn to take up space, to feel deeply, and to express their desires boldly and freely. And in doing so, they don’t just step into their power; they dance with it, allowing it to guide them, inspire them, and light up the world around them. It’s a beautiful unfolding, a coming home to themselves as perfectly whole, powerful beings who have the right to every desire and every dream.

What inspired you to start your podcast? How has hosting a podcast influenced your work and connection with your audience?
My wife and I realized that in our community, we were the people all of our friends reached out to when they felt stuck. These conversations were so good that we were like, more people should hear this, and thus the podcast was born. At the heart of it, we wanted to be of service on a larger scale to our community. Personally, when I was in the midst of large transitions, it was challenging to know who to speak to. My current life was an echo chamber of my past beliefs, and I wasn’t quite sure what else was possible. This is who our podcast is for. Honest Feedback is a space where you can call in and get a different perspective on life.
How has your work as a mentor and healer influenced your personal growth? What have you learned about yourself through this journey?
I wouldn’t be a mentor in the space of embodiment and empowerment if it weren’t for my own personal path in this journey. Everything I teach is a practice, and every day, I am right there in the practice with those I guide. Together, we explore what it means to slow down, to truly feel the depth of our emotions, to allow ourselves to sink into more pleasure, to surrender and receive, and so much more.
My work is deeply rooted in the wisdom of the divine feminine, and I’ve chosen to share this through the portal of a business. Being a spiritual and feminine-led entrepreneur has been one of the most profound teachers on my path. I’ve learned to find a delicate balance between the masculine and feminine energies within me—the structured, action-oriented side that drives my business forward, and the intuitive, receptive side that allows me to flow, create, and connect deeply with my clients.
Through this journey, I’ve discovered the importance of honoring what feels best for me, moment by moment. It’s about allowing myself to be fluid, to move between action and rest, to hold space for both the fierce and the tender aspects of myself. I've learned that my growth as a mentor and space holder is intimately tied to my willingness to be vulnerable, to embrace all of my strengths and my shadows, and to show up authentically in every interaction.
This work has taught me to trust my inner guidance, to lean into my intuition, and to lead from a place of deep alignment. I've learned that true empowerment comes not from forcing or pushing, but from allowing myself to be fully present in my body, to honor my needs, and to give myself permission to evolve and grow alongside those I support. This journey of balancing the masculine and feminine within me has been a powerful path of personal growth, and it continues to unfold in new and unexpected ways, inviting me to deepen my practice and expand my capacity to love, lead, and heal.

How do you stay connected with the local LGBTQ+ community?
I feel so grateful to have met amazing queer women in Portland. I love visiting queer spaces that also overlap with pole dancing, witchy vibes, and tea houses.
Are there any specific causes or organizations you are passionate about supporting? How do you hope to impact the community through your work and actions?
I had the honor and privilege of attending a private all-girls school from 6th to 12th grade, and it was an experience that truly transformed my life. It was the opportunity of a lifetime, especially for a lower-income girl like myself, who wouldn’t ordinarily have access to such an education. My mother, a dedicated educator who started her career as a marine biology teacher and went on to become the first Black female superintendent of the Los Angeles Unified School District, saw how much I thrived in an all-girls learning environment. She believed deeply in the power of educating girls in spaces that honor how they learn best. Inspired by this belief, she helped found the first public all-girls STEM school in Los Angeles, which now proudly bears her name.
In honor of my late mother, my sisters and I established a scholarship for college-bound 12th-grade girls at this school. It’s a privilege to read the incredible stories of these phenomenal young women—each one eager to share her heart and mind with the world. Each year, we award between one to five scholarships to young women with big dreams who are actively taking steps to make them a reality. It is a joy and an honor to support the next generation of empowered women, continuing the legacy of a woman who believed so deeply in the transformative power of education.
